Early Childhood

Stelle was born to farmers Patricia and Adam Mwale on August 24, 2012. It was a tragedy that she never met her birth mother, who sadly died a few days after delivering her and her twin Estere. She had difficulties after her c-section.

Estere and Stelle’s father was unable to provide for his daughters financially. He chose to bring them to a local orphanage, Home of Hope in Mchinji and would visit them often.
